The RED sail needs no introduction, having won numerous world championships. It is made with a horizontal (cross-cut) design and is suitable for lightweight sailors up to 38 kg. Although recommended for lighter crews and as a sail for starting a career in Optimist sailing, it also allows experienced but lightweight sailors to achieve high performance.
